Life coaches work with employees and their
families
to set and meet goals in the
following areas:
• Health and wellness: Medical needs, exercise, family time.
• Finances: Budgeting, debt reduction, small groups, home ownership.
• Educational advocacy: Helping families navigate the 504 and IEP process to ensure all of their child’s needs are met.
• Healthy interpersonal relationships: Boundary setting, connecting with professional counselors, goal setting together.
These four focus areas are the pillars to a healthy individual and family environment that will ensure you can focus on work while at work knowing your personal and/or family needs are met or heading in the direction you want them to.
A typical phone call meeting:
Reviewing the Action Plan, checking in on accomplishments, reviewing challenges and revising steps as necessary to keep progressing towards the goals.
We can help when their finances are a mess and they hate budgeting.
Finance management and assistance is available. Resources will be identified and arranged starting with budget creation.
Other family members can be a part of the process.
Other attendees may participate in meetings if the employee feels it will be beneficial in helping to reach goals.
We have resources to help guide them with their finances.
Advocates are graduates and facilitators of the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University (FPU) program and are available to assist with financial management.
